Art. 9
Risk Management System
Providers of high-risk AI systems must establish, implement, document, and maintain a risk management system throughout the entire lifecycle of the AI system.

Data Governance
Training, validation, and testing data must meet quality criteria — relevant, representative, free of errors, and complete to the extent possible.
Art. 11
Technical Documentation
Technical documentation must be drawn up before the AI system is placed on the market and kept up to date with sufficient information for conformity assessment.

Transparency & Logging
High-risk AI systems must be designed to ensure sufficient transparency to enable deployers to interpret outputs and use them appropriately.

Human Oversight
High-risk AI systems must allow natural persons to effectively oversee their operation, including the ability to understand capabilities and limitations.

Quality Management System
Providers must put a quality management system in place ensuring compliance with the Regulation, covering all aspects of the provider's activity.
